metalman
employs the world's leading DAGAL process
for continuous galvanising of C.R. Coils. The plant is fully
computerized. Tested prime quality Cold Rolled Coils in the
required width are taken from the Company's own State of Art
4HI CR mill. Which is then surface cleaned by degreasing and
then annealed in line, using computer aided annealing furnace
which has completely inert atmosphere, before the coil is hot
dip galvanised in a temperature controlled zinc bath. The zinc
coating is regulated by special air knives, which ensures exact
weight, smooth coating, and controlled spangles.
The
Galvanised Steel Sheets are then surface treated using specially
formulated chromating solution to retain their shine and brightness
and avoid any corrosion or white rust formation. The products
manufactured have a distinct spangle and superb shine. The continuous
sheet is wound in the coil form of desired weight. The coil
is then slitted / cut on automatic slitting/cut to length lines
and also corrugated as per the customer's requirement.
