employs most modern manufacturing facilities
where tested quality Hot Rolled Coils are slitted to desired
width, before passing through a continuous pickling line. The
pickled coils are then Cold Rolled on a 4 HI Mill, which ensures
superb flatness.
The
Mill is fully computerized, using MMS Software with, non contact
gauging system coupled with automatic guage controller.
The
automatic gauge control system ensures uniform and desired thickness.
When required the material is heat treated in bell furnaces
in controlled inert atmosphere for obtaining required softness
and maintain bright surface finish. The material then is skin
passed, slitted and levelled and cut on an automatic Cut to
Length line as per customer's requirement.
For
safety during transit, the material is wrapped with Polynesian
cloth after giving suitable support and protection at the edges
and on the bore. Coils and Bundles are suitably tagged for proper
identification.
