where tested quality coils are slitted and subjected to a series
of forming operations.
A microprocessor controlled High Frequency Induction Welder
is used to weld the tube. The tube is sized to accurate dimensions
and shape, prior to cutting in exact lengths by a digitally
controlled cut-off machine.
The
round Tubes produced are gradually converted into the desired
shape on a forming section specially designed to ensure perfect
shapes.
The
Sections are thereafter oiled / galvanised on fully automatic
machines. For safety during transit, the sections are securely
packed in hexagonal shaped bundles and suitably tagged for proper
identification. |
