employs most modern manufacturing facilities
where tested quality coils are slitted and subjected to a series
of forming operations. A microprocessor controlled High Frequency
Induction Welder is used to weld the tube. The tube is sized
to accurate dimensions and shape, prior to cutting in exact
length by a digitally controlled cut-off machine.
The
tube is thereafter end-chamfered, hydraulically tested and galvanised
on fully automatic machines. For safety during transit,
the tubes are securely packed in hexagonal shaped bundles and
suitably tagged for proper identification.
